About The Society

At present the Society has about 20 members and we meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.

Model layouts are being built or developed in most of the popular gauges covering many time periods including early 1900s, the BR steam period, the big four period, the modern day diesel/electric era and a layout featuring German railways.

Our newest layout is in the very early stages of construction and will feature the diesel and electric period of BR with diesel locomotives in green and blue liveries.

A fun layout has been wired up and work will shortly start to put buildings and scenery on it. Visitors are welcome to run their own stock.
